We are always looking for qualified and caring staff. Salary is based on experience and levels. We strongly encourage our staff to further their childcare education and are more than happy to train and help staff get their certification.
All staff require a current criminal record check and valid first aid certification.

As an Early Childhood Educator at Little Elmers Childcare and OSC, you will lead activities that stimulate children’s intellectual, physical, and emotional growth while ensuring their safety. You will also have the opportunity to implement programs for children of all ages, emphasizing a child-led approach to learning.
